I emailed Property Synergy LLC, in the early morning hours because I was awaken by a noisy neighbor! Later that same day PS copied me on an email to the office manager. The office manager said that she would reach out to the new neighbor! That was quick and hopefully effective customer service from PS! General when I deal directly with Cecelia she’s right on top of it! I have no doubt that it will be handled!

I have worked with Boris and his team for quite some time now and they are just great! They are quick to respond to my emails and questions I may have and extremely friendly. I look forward to this year continuing to work with Boris and his team.

To anyone reading this, I have been renting a property through the use of property synergy management for three years. Over the last two years the property has had multiple issues involving a sharing laundry unit repair issues, gate repairs and weed problems to name a few, not to mention the property itself never being maintained. Our neighbor who owns above us and us alone have attempted to contact Boris numerous times involving the issues listed above and we get a rude response and nothing is done. Boris has stated these are not his problem and to contact my landlord or go through owners in the building to get task accomplished. Owners of the building have tried to contact him and have voiced how disrespectful he is. Do not use this property company for anything! Nothing will be done and you will be paying hefty fees in HOA for nothing! Instead we personally call the city of Chicago to get anything done these days as Boris is terrible.

Property Synergy LLC is an amazing property management company! My condo association has been using Boris and Property Synergy for over a year now, and we couldn't be more pleased. Boris is honest, reasonably priced, courteous, respectful, very reliable, and always puts the good of our condo association first. He is always looking for sensible ways to cut costs. And, he is extremely responsive and gets jobs done quickly. And, his office manager, Cecelia, is also equally as good as Boris. My association is currently replacing the supply piping throughout our entire building -- an enormous plumbing project. Boris has been managing this project in a stellar way -- stopping by regularly to check on progress, keeping the Board abreast of issues and progress, and managing Board and unit owners' questions and concerns in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about Boris and Property Synergy LLC.
